In 1180 AD, there was a battle between two large and powerful kins, Heike and Genji at bridge Uji.
This yama backcasts two men who took Genji's side.
Jyoumyou is one of them.
In addition, bridge Uji is the oldest bridge in Japan. It constructed 646 A.D.
