Kikusui hokoKikusui hoko (Kikusui boko)

(C) 1999-2006 Mira House. All rights reserved.

Kikusuihoko named after Kikusui-i (well) in the neighborhood.
This hoko was burned out in 1864 and restored in 1952.
It has a lot of beautiful decors.

It's a large hoko as if it is a moving house.

These big and beautiful hokos are called "Moving museum".

This square timber slightly adjusts hoko's going direction.

The decoration of Yoiyama is beautiful.
